TORONTO, ON — Ontario is raising the bar on driver training by implementing mandatory entry level training for new commercial Class A truck drivers. Members of Canada Cartage’s Ontario’s Safety and Compliance team recently participated in industry consultation sessions to develop the new Mandatory Entry Level Training (MELT) standards and are proud to be approved and certified trainers for this new initiative!
